A Certified Business Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant, Rosanne began dispensing business etiquette advice more than 20 years ago at Tiffany & Co. where she was employed as a Corporate Account Executive. Rosanne was often asked for advice not only about the correct gifts to give to international clients but also how to greet and entertain customers and how to build critical business relationships. Rosanne studied business etiquette and protocol customs around the world, and shared the results of her extensive research with colleagues and clients alike. After eleven years at Tiffany & Co. as top sales producer, Rosanne gained professional Business Etiquette and International Protocol certification in 1995 and founded Protocol Advisors, Inc.

Michael F. Hines

Michael Hines serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Galyan’s Trading Company, Inc. During a distinguished career at Dick’s Sporting Goods, a Fortune 500 corporation, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Secretary, and Chief Administrative Officer. Previously, he served as a Vice President of Finance at Staples, Inc. and Senior Manager for Deloitte and Touche, LLP.

Mike is Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director of GNC Holdings Inc. He is also a Director of General Nutrition Centers, Inc., a Director for GNC Corp., an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc., an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the TJX Companies, Inc. and an Independent Director of Yankee Holding Corp. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his Master of Science in Taxation degrees from Bentley College. He is a generous benefactor to numerous social and academic causes.


Carmella KletjianCarmella Kletjian

Carmella Kletjian is President and Co-founder of the Steven C. and Carmella R. Kletjian Foundation. In addition to her philanthropic work, Carmella is the Managing Director of SCK Enterprise LLC, President of Dudley Investments Limited, and Co-Trustee of the Steven C. Kletjian Trust. She previously served as Managing Director of Covington Aviation LLC. Carmella is also a Certified Business Etiquette Consultant. She is on the Board of Trustees of Babson College and Board of Directors for the National Civility Foundation.

Previously, Carmella was a nurse anesthetist. Her career included teaching in a registered diploma program and research in neuroleptanesthesia. She earned her Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist’s certification in Anesthesiology from Montefiore Hospital at the University of Pittsburgh.

Carmella is passionate about building collaborations between unlikely partners, investing in the next generation of global health leaders and traveling the globe.


Rosemary A. MurphyRosemary A. Murphy

Rosemary Murphy is Senior Director or Learning & Development at Columbia Threadneedle Investments where she creates and supports a learning culture through building strong relationships, expertly assessing needs and building customized learning solutions.

Rosemary’s past experience in Learning & Development includes 11 years as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant for MFS Investment Services.

Rosemary earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and her Master’s degree from Boston College. She is also a Certified Business Etiquette Consultant.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Rosemary is an avid athlete and generously donates her time to such causes as the Pan Mass Challenge and the Alzheimer’s association.


Barbara ThomasBarbara E. Thomas

Barbara Thomas is a Digital Consultant, with extensive experience in employee development, research, curriculum development, and advertising. Barbara is experienced in technology integration and coaching toward authentic digital citizenship and a positive online brand.

She is a Social Media Trainer as well as a Children’s Etiquette Consultant. Barbara also works at Osterville Village Library in Osterville, MA.

Barbara’s professional experience includes fifteen years as a Media Specialist and Head Librarian for Concord High School in Concord, New Hampshire, where she supported more than 2,000 students, faculty members and administrators.

Barbara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Assumption College and her Master of Library and Information Science degree from Simmons College, where she was a member of the Beta Phi Mu Honor Society.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Barbara also lends her expertise as a volunteer at the elementary and secondary school libraries in Barnstable, MA.


Jackie WilburJackie Wilbur

Jackie is a recognized expert in the graduate management education industry with deep senior leadership and strategic leadership experiences at some of the best business schools in the world.

Jackie served as Executive Director for the MIT Sloan School of Management, Assistant Dean and Director for Georgetown University, Manager of MBA Career Services at Babson College, and Manager of the Co-op MBA Program for Northeastern University.

As a globally-recognized career expert, Jackie has provided impactful coaching to over 1,000 high-potential business people, from individuals contributors to executives. Her expertise has led to many industry speaking engagements and she has been quoted frequently in popular business media including The Wall Street Journal, Businessweek, Financial Times, US News and World Report, Bloomberg, Dow Jones Newswire and Newsweek.

Jackie received her Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York College at Oswego and her M.Ed in Education from Northeastern University. In addition to her professional pursuits, she also generously gives of her time to several academic, social, and cultural causes.
